Worshipers of Obmhann Re-Headed
The Cult of Obmhann Re-Headed worships the God of Change, who was beheaded by the other Dektheoi and the Matia a thousand years ago. After uncovering his corporeal body in its tomb hidden deep in the Desert of Nuru, the cult has reanimated his body using necromancy by attaching a massive carved onyx jackal head to his body. The cult believes that their God has returned to bring chaos and mischief to the world, and they serve him using a host of necromancy and undead servants. They are seen as heretical by worshipers of Obmhann who follow the old ways, but the People of the Jackal Cult has become very popular in certain areas of the world, especially Rhodezephrys where the Khagan has proclaimed the faith and serves as one of its high priests, the Kheri-Vlast.
Sign - The Dead Cross
The dead cross is a symbol evoked by the followers of the Re-Headed Obmhann, the People of the Jackal. When the sign is scrawled upon one’s door, they know that death is close, and that rebirth in undeath will follow.

Followers of the Jackal
The cult has several unique rituals and beliefs that most would call gruesome and unholy.
Tenets:
- Change above All: Using chaos and disorder to bring about change.
- Trickery and Deceit: “Follow in the footsteps of The God”, using tricks and deceit to achieve their goals, they have twisted traditional theology into a monotheistic religion.
- Necromancy is Sacred: The cult sees necromancy as a sacred practice that allows them to communicate with their god and serve him through the use of undead servants.
- Loyalty to the Cult: Members of the cult are expected to be loyal to their God and to the other members of the cult. Betrayal is punished severely, usually by making the perpetrator an undead servant.
Rights:
The cult has several rituals and ceremonies that they perform to honor their god and to strengthen their connection to him. These include:
- The Rite of Awakening: This is the ceremony through which the cult brought Obmhann ReHeaded back to life by attaching the jackal's head to his body. It is a complex and dangerous ritual that requires a great deal of necromantic power, but can be used to create lesser minions like Minotaur.
- The Feast of Mischief: This is an annual celebration of Obmhann ReHeaded's trickster nature, during which members of the cult play practical jokes on each other and on outsiders. It is a time for revelry and chaos.
- The Summoning of the Undead: This is a ritual through which the cult summons undead servants to do their bidding. The cult believes that these undead creatures are blessed by their god, and that they are more powerful and obedient than living servants.
- The Blood Offering: This is a dark and dangerous ritual through which the cult offers the blood of a living sacrifice to their God. The cult believes that this strengthens their connection to Obmhann ReHeaded and increases their power.
- The Fete of the Jackal: The cult holds a yearly feast where they celebrate the resurrection of Obmhann ReHeaded by eating a meal that includes a jackal's head.
- The Dance of the Dead: During this ritual, the followers of the cult perform a dance while surrounded by undead servants. The dance is meant to show their devotion to the God Obmhann ReHeaded and generates a powerful connection to necrotic powers.
